It was EXCEPTIONAL! I was treated as if I was family. My car is BEAUTIFUL again, after being t-boned on the right side. Vince, got my car to the shop and brought me a loaner, even though it was 7:30 at night. All so I did not have to take a day off from school. While Progressive struggled to get their client to even report the accident, Paul kept me updated every step of the way. Vince provided me with a second loaner vehicle. It took almost 2 weeks before Progressive could get me into a rental. Paul and his staff worked well with Progressive and kept me apprised of every single step they took! After almost a month, NOT the FAULT of Paul or his staff, I have my beautiful, red Terrain back! Perfect condition, looks even better than the day I bought her from Vince and his team! I cannot say THANK YOU enough! My Cherry Bomb is once again THE BOMB!
